| Bio: | I wish they had these live journals fifteen years ago. It would have made my life sooo much easier. I was one of those kids who originally kept a little red book under lock and key from the rest of my family. I then decided to get technical and store my journal on a floppy disc. I am definitely showing my age here. Lots has changed since then, and I don't promise a fancy hi-tech lj, but, I'm going to try. I am 30, have a full time job, full time mortgage and full time car payment - which can give you some insight to my life. Work, house, car, work, house, car... Vicious cycle, I tell you! I am single - and happy about it. I've had my share of relationships and GAH!!! I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life and don't forsee moving any time soon. I do like it here, but have very few ties, so moving, at some point, is not out of the question. I can totally see myself on the west coast someday. My parents divorced when I was six. Messy, messy, boring, gory, details aside... My mother raised me with the help of her parents. One would think that I would be exactly like my mother, personality wise, but I am not. We are in fact almost complete opposites. I dislike my immediate family, uncles etc, but do have lovely second and third generation cousins that have saved my mother and I from disaster and ruin more than once. My pride and joy are my four Siberan Huskies and one little Australian Shepherd that rule the house. They are beautiful, smart, funny, creatures that have proven on more than one occassion to be more "human" than actual humans. I'll post pics at some point. They are my family. I am mostly using this as an outlet for ideas and creative impulses, looking to meet people that share the same interests, obsessions, and crazy ideas as I do. This will contain fic I have been working on for years - some finished - most not, ideas, nitpicks, my own celebrity obessions. I am the type of person who gets completely engrossed, obsessed with a certain fandom for a short while before losing interest. Months - sometimes years later, for whatever reason, I get the bug again. I'm sure anyone who looks at this will see that happen frequently. I think there is a medical condition now associated with it... ADHD or something like that... My interests and fleeting obsessions are more detailed below. I have too many to list in the interests spot. This is the kind of info I expect to put in my lj.
